Remarkable Caves to Crescent Bay bushwalk.

The route to Crescent Bay from Remarkable caves is easy though exposed walking over coastal heathland covered in masses of flowers including native Tasmanian orchids. The route passes Maingon Blowhole - a deep and eery gulch but it doesn't often blow.
The walk enjoys wonderful views east to Cape Pillar and Tasman Island, West to Cape Raoul and north along the entire length of Port Arthur. The cliffs around Mt Brown are popular with rock climbers. Crescent Bay is a perfect white crescent of sand, backed by high dunes.
